The leadership of the Arthur J. Gajarsa American Inn of Court and BPLA’s Contested Matters Committee are hosting an event titled “Decision Makers.” The two hour event will feature live arguments made before a panel including WilmerHale’s Hon. Arthur Gajarsa, a District Court judge and a PTAB judge. The panel, with audience participation, will conduct a focused review of the driving factors in judicial decision making within each jurisdiction covering, for example, claim construction, witness testimony, motions to exclude evidence, stay of district court proceedings and agency deference.
