The Society for Corporate Governance will hold its annual national conference in Washington DC to bring together general counsel, outside counsel, corporate secretaries and governance professionals at private and public companies of all sizes. Designed to maximize legal education in the governance industry, the conference will feature program topics such as diversity, ethics, corporate culture and Delaware law.
