The Society of Corporate Governance Professionals will host its Essentials Express conference in Boston on October 30-31, preceding the Eastern New England Chapter's Annual Conference. Essentials Express is a basic training course for new corporate secretaries, and is a helpful resource for those who need refresher or to brush up on their skills. The one and a half day program will be taught by seasoned corporate secretaries and governance professionals who will provide the tools needed to manage the responsibilities of the role.
