WilmerHale Partner Amy Doberman will speak during the Mutual Fund Compliance Programs Conference on the panel “Rolling Up Our Sleeves: An In-Depth Look at the SEC's 2015-2016 Rulemaking Initiatives.” Since last year's conference, the SEC has been pursuing an ambitious rulemaking agenda that may raise issues of concern to CCOs as these initiatives are adopted and implemented.
