On October 20, 2015, CEPANI40 held its Fall Conference on the topic of "What counsel in arbitration should do, must do or must not do." The interesting topic allowed for many questions and observations as, throughout the afternoon, several excellent speakers took the stage and explained their point of view. Different angles were explored: the viewpoint of a client and of an institution, among others. After the lectures and the panel discussion followed a cocktail reception with lively discussions on the topic of the day and the stories of our panelists.
