Le, Andrew

Andrew Le is an associate who works on a diverse range of matters within WilmerHale’s Litigation/Controversy Department. Mr. Le was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2014.

In early 2015, Mr. Le served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In that role, Mr. Le drafted bench memoranda and orders for dispositive motions. He also researched issues in patent, securities, environmental, and copyright law and various federal statutes, and observed hearings and trials.

While a summer associate at WilmerHale, Mr. Le researched issues in patent law, including patent damages and unfair competition. He also researched issues relating to antitrust and pro bono matters. Mr. Le held an internship with AT&T, where he researched issues in commercial litigation, regulatory and compliance, and employment law, and drafted various pre-trial documents.
