Francine Bendat focuses her practice on representing companies and individuals in government regulatory actions, internal investigations and complex litigation cases. She has experience in matters related to data technology and privacy, consumer protection, compliance and risk management, and anti–money laundering issues. Her clients include leading technology companies, large financial institutions and media service providers.  

Ms. Bendat also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she represents individuals in civil rights and immigration matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bendat was a law clerk for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office.
