Brent Gurney, a highly respected litigator, had a long record of success in significant jury trials, sensitive internal matters, and complex federal investigations. Over the course of his career, he represented corporate, government, and institutional clients in high‑profile disputes, compliance matters, and civil rights investigations, and was frequently sought out for guidance on issues that extended well beyond the courtroom.
