Michaela Rosen is a corporate associate who advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and disclosure, and emerging company and venture capital matters. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rosen, was a student advocate at Boston University School of Law’s Startup Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono counsel to early-stage student-led business ventures. Ms. Rosen also interned with the in-house legal department at CarGurus, Inc. where she researched data privacy regulations and analyzed industry-specific legal matters. Previously, Ms. Rosen was a project analyst at the TJX Companies. Inc.
