Gregory Wiessner focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, regularly advising public company clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at an NYSE-traded, global corporate payments company overseeing all aspects of corporate and securities law, corporate governance, insider trading, treasury, executive compensation and external affairs. In addition, Mr. Wiessner provided strategic legal guidance on investor relations and financing issues while supporting a myriad of domestic and international acquisitions. 

At WilmerHale, Mr. Wiessner advises established and developing companies on corporate and securities law with a practical view informed by his in-house experience.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Wiessner was an associate at a global law firm advising public and private companies on corporate matters.
