Yuxuan (Frank) Wang is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

As a 2019 summer associate at the firm, Mr. Wang conducted research and drafted memoranda on a variety of corporate legal issues, including the implementation of founders’ preferred stock, high vote stock’s benefits and drawbacks, liability protection for single-member limited liability company’s parent corporation, and trade secret issues regarding best practices for protecting confidential information. While in law school, Mr. Wang was a student lawyer with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, where he assisted with issues surrounding entity formation, trademark registration, governance and contracts. Previously, Mr. Wang was a summer associate at another international law firm in Beijing, China, where he counseled clients on corporate governance.
