Benchmark Litigation has recognized Partners Bill Lee, Hallie Levin and Joseph Mueller in the 2023 edition of its Top 100 Trial Lawyers list. According to the legal directory, honorees are an “elite group of partners who are venerated by peers and clients as being the best in breed at the practice of trial law.”

Bill Lee, the firm’s former co-managing partner, is a nationally renowned trial and appellate lawyer and intellectual property litigator who has represented a variety of technology-focused clients for more than 40 years. Lee has argued some of the highest profile cases of the last decade, earning him consistent recognition from both the media and his peers as one of the most influential litigators.

Hallie Levin has represented clients across a diversity of industries in high-stakes commercial disputes for over 25 years.
