Beasley, Robert Zachary
Zack Beasley has represented public companies and financial institutions in a variety of regulatory, civil and criminal matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, self-regulatory organizations, and state attorneys general, including matters involving allegations of accounting fraud, insider trading and disclosure improprieties. Mr. Beasley also maintains an active pro bono practice, including matters involving criminal defendants’ claims of actual innocence and criminal appeals.


Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beasley completed a clerkship with The Honorable Leslie H. Southwick of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. While in law school, Mr. Beasley participated in the University of Texas’s Supreme Court Clinic.

Firm Helps Assault Victims Pass Historic Peace Corps Reform Legislation

On November 1, the United States House of Representatives passed the Kate Puzey Peace Corps Volunteer Protection Act of 2011, enacting historic reforms to the Peace Corps' policies for prevention of rape and sexual assault of its volunteers and for providing assistance to volunteers who experience sexual assault during their service.
