Virginia Del Pozo focuses her practice on European and Spanish antitrust and competition law as well as on EU regulatory law.

Ms. Del Pozo advises clients in global cartel investigations and complex merger proceedings before EU and US authorities and in state aid matters before the European Commission. She has been involved in foreign merger clearance in jurisdictions such as China and India. She also has experience in appeal proceedings before the General Court of the European Union. Her practice covers several industry sectors including manufacturing, commodities, telecommunications, transportation, energy and financial services.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Del Pozo trained at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission and at the antitrust practice group of another leading international law firm in Brussels.
