Travis Miscia

Senior Associate


Travis Miscia is a securities attorney who focuses his practice on litigation and enforcement matters.

In 2013, while a summer associate at the firm, he worked on a variety of complex litigation, bankruptcy and pro bono matters. While in law school, Mr. Miscia was a law clerk in the Texas Office of Capital Writs, where he worked on state habeas corpus proceedings for convicted prisoners facing the death penalty. He also worked as as a legal intern at the New England Innocence Project, researching potential claims for individuals seeking exoneration.

Before law school, Mr. Miscia founded a genealogical research business with more than 200 clients, operating in archives, courthouses and digital repositories in New York. 

Professional Activities

Mr. Miscia is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
