Willis, Todd Graham

Todd Willis is a staff attorney in the firm's WilmerHale Discovery Solutions department, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. He joined the firm in 2007.

Mr. Willis focuses his practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Staff attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

Mr. Willis has direct experience with general and privilege document review in response to SEC investigations of WilmerHale clients.

From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Willis was a litigation associate with two New York firms, where his practice covered a broad range of areas including products liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction litigation, class action litigation, securities litigation and antitrust litigation. Mr. Willis has represented clients in New York State courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Honors & Awards

Mr. Willis was the recipient of the New York Legal Aid Society Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Representation in 2001.
