Tiffany Tejeda-Rodriguez

Tiffany Tejeda-Rodriguez is a litigator who focuses on complex intellectual property and securities matters. Her IP experience at the firm includes advising companies large and small on complex patent, copyright and trademark issues in a variety of areas, including medical devices, wireless and cellular communications and consumer products. Her practice includes many stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, fact discovery, expert discovery and reports, motion practice, summary judgment, trial preparation and appeal.

Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez maintains an active pro bono practice, concentrating on immigration and the First Amendment. Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez was part of a team that secured a rare victory and damages award for a California prisoner in a First Amendment retaliation action against prison guards at Pelican Bay State Prison.   

Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
