Tiffany Tejeda-Rodriguez

Senior Associate


Tiffany Tejeda-Rodriguez focuses her practice on intellectual property and complex litigation, as well as False Claims Act matters. Her IP experience at the firm includes advising technology companies on copyright, trademark and patent issues. Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez was a certified law student at the Immigrant Justice Clinic at Loyola Law School. There, she assisted in drafting model comments on the proposed renewal process for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) for submission to US Citizenship & Immigration Services and provided direct representation to clients in U-visa applications and removal proceedings. Previously, Ms. Tejeda-Rodriguez was a legal intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California.
