Sean Duddy

Sean Duddy's practice focuses on enforcement and regulatory matters for financial institutions and large companies, including appellate and complex litigation, investigations and counseling. He has been involved in cases before federal regulators and self-regulatory organizations, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.  

While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Duddy worked as a student advocate at the Penn Law Supreme Court Clinic and volunteered with the Employment Advocacy Project in Philadelphia, representing unemployment compensation claimants in hearings before administrative referees. He also taught a course on legal research and writing as a third-year Penn Law Legal Writing Instructor. During his third year of law school, he won a boxing match against a student from the Wharton School of Business during Philly Fight Night, which raises money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia.
