Rebecca Izzo is a senior associate who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Izzo has experience representing large financial services companies in litigation and investigations brought by the SEC and other state and federal agencies. She was also part of a trial team that successfully defended against a multimillion-dollar patent infringement lawsuit and prevailed on a trade secret misappropriation counterclaim.

Ms. Izzo maintains an active pro bono practice, for which she earned a Pro Bono Award from the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice. She has represented immigrant detainees in a constitutional challenge to prolonged detention without a bond hearing, and recently successfully represented a client in a racial discrimination claim at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. During law school, she also represented US military veterans seeking benefits and discharge upgrades in civil litigation and administrative proceedings.

Prior to law school, Ms. Izzo was a teacher at a English school in Guadalajara, Mexico, and a charter school in East Boston, Massachusetts.
