  • Representing the developer of a 4,500,000-square-foot mixed-use and "smart growth" development in suburban Boston.
  • Representing the developer of a 415,000-square-foot office laboratory project in Boston's Longwood Medical District.
  • Representing owners, investors and lenders in connection with many of Boston's most prominent office buildings, including The Prudential Center, John Hancock Building, International Place, 222 Berkeley Street, 500 Boylston Street, One Federal Street, 150 Federal Street, 160 Federal Street, 60 State Street, 28 State Street and 125 High Street.

  • Representing a publicly traded REIT on numerous office laboratory leases, including leases for its 50-building New England portfolio of office laboratories; 91,000 square feet of office laboratory space in New York; an anchor lease with a healthcare institution for a 415,000-square-foot life sciences research facility in Boston; a build-to-suit full-building lease in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and a 70,000-square-foot lease, also in Cambridge.
  • Representing the developer in the acquisition, development and permitting of One Lincoln Street, a 1,000,000-square-foot office tower in Boston.
  • Representing a life insurance company making a $200 million construction mortgage loan on a mixed-use retail, office and residential project in Boston.
  • Advising on the acquisition and leasing of office projects in 12 countries on five continents for an international investor, including projects in New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Santiago.
  • Representing an institutional investor in the purchase and foreclosure of debt to acquire a major Boston office tower.
