Will Myer counsels clients in general corporate, transactional and securities matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing transactions, corporate governance and compliance reporting. Companies he advises operate in a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, energy and natural resources, private equity, real estate and technology. 

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Myer was an associate at another law firm in Denver, Colorado. Previously, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.
