Timothy Hultzman

Tim Hultzman is a senior associate who focuses his practice on corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, forming and advising early stage companies, and capital markets transactions. Some of his recent transactions include:

  • the $20 million Series B Preferred Stock financing of Immuta, Inc., a developer of a hyperscale data management platform for data scientists, as well as Immuta’s Series A Preferred Stock financing;
  • the sale of Prometric, a leading educational services company, by Educational Testing Service to Baring Private Equity Asia;
  • the preferred stock financing of RunSafe Security Inc., a cybersecurity company that is developing software to protect devices in the Internet of things;
  • the acquisition by Venus Concept Ltd., a privately-held global aesthetic technology leader, of NeoGraft Solutions' hair restoration business and the concurrent equity investment in Venus Concept by certain of its existing investors;
  • the controlling investment by private equity firm LLR Partners in Eyewitness Surveillance, a leading provider of remote video monitoring solutions;
  • issuance by an instrumentation and industrial technologies company of more than $2 billion of senior notes in a 144A/Regulation S private placement;
  • multiple senior notes issuances by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in public offerings with total proceeds of more than $8 billion;
  • the purchase of a company specializing in the manufacture of alignment and measurement tools by a multinational public company with a market capitalization of more than $65 billion; and
  • the sale of Barclays Bank PLC's Wealth & Investment Management Americas business to Stifel Financial  

Mr. Hultzman previously worked as a summer associate at WilmerHale, an intern at Legal Aid of North Carolina, an English as a second language instructor in Boston, Massachusetts, and a language and culture ambassador in Bonares, Spain.
