Susan Kincaid represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including development, leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions. Her recent projects include permitting and development work on a hotel and condominium project which will be the tallest residential tower in Boston, and the development, zoning and parcel assembly for the redevelopment of industrial property into a project that will include retail, residential, office and R&D uses. Her other work includes representation of REIT specializing in life sciences properties in the leasing of its real estate portfolio in Massachusetts and representation of a biosciences company in the development and construction of a research and manufacturing campus.
Ms. Kincaid was a vice president and deputy general counsel at Sapient Corporation, a publicly held technology consulting and software development company, where she played a key role in developing and implementing the company’s strategy for worldwide delivery of legal services. In addition, she advised on significant company policy and compliance matters.
