Steven Horn focuses his practice on intellectual property and appellate litigation. He has represented clients in patent disputes involving life sciences and a variety of technologies, including microprocessors, smartphones and pharmaceuticals. He has been a member of multiple trial teams. His appellate experience includes appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. 

Mr. Horn rejoined the firm in 2018 after clerking for the Honorable David B. Sentelle of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Horn was previously with the firm from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While attending Harvard Law School, Mr. Horn interned for the Honorable William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also served as a research and teaching assistant for lecturer on law Peter Carfagna. Mr. Horn was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2013 and a legal intern with the Kraft Group the year prior.

Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Horn worked as a media relations coordinator for the New England Patriots. As an undergraduate at Yale University, he worked for the Yale Sports Publicity Department and as a researcher for Football Night in America with NBC Sports.
