Scott Lunin

Scott Lunin has a general corporate practice, with a focus on capital markets transactions.

Mr. Lunin has experience representing issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings and private placements. He also has experience advising issuers in tender offers, consent solicitations and exchange offers. Mr. Lunin also advises clients on compliance with federal securities laws and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Lunin was a senior attorney at IBM where he advised on a variety of corporate and securities matters. From 2009 to 2013, he was an associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Lunin served as an intelligence officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency.
