Robert Donoghue

Rob Donoghue is an associate who focuses his practice on complex litigation matters including securities litigation and enforcement. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2015.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Donoghue served as a law clerk for the Honorable Landya B. McCafferty of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

While attending law school, Mr. Donoghue was a legal intern in the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where he researched and drafted memoranda on data privacy, cybersecurity and consumer protection issues. He was also a legal intern at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and a research and teaching assistant for Professor Mary O'Connell.
