Richard M. Lee

Richard M. Lee represents technology and life sciences companies throughout their lifecycle, with an emphasis on late-stage venture investments, and technology transactions and licensing matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Lee was an associate at another large international law firm. Previously, he worked as an economic consultant at CRA International, where he contributed analyses to expert reports in antitrust litigation and in review of proposed mergers before the DOJ, the FTC and the European Commission.

Mr. Lee received his JD from Duke University School of Law, where he served as the chief executive editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review, and received the Dean's Award in Securities Regulation.
