Renita Khanduja focuses her practice on antitrust and competition law. She has extensive experience representing clients in antitrust and competition matters, including civil litigation, civil and criminal investigations, merger clearance, and counseling. Ms. Khanduja represents clients before the US Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, US courts, and state attorneys general. Ms. Khanduja’ s clients span a wide range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, automotive, media and entertainment, and pharmaceuticals.  

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Khanduja was an associate at a law firm in New York, where she handled a range of securities and regulatory matters. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, she worked as a student attorney in the Michigan Clinical Law Program and at the Community and Economic Development Clinic, and was a research assistant at the Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse. She also served as a legal intern for the Human Rights Law Network in New Delhi, India.
