Peter Roth

Peter Roth advises emerging companies and venture capital funds on a variety of matters, including formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, and governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roth was a corporate and bankruptcy/finance associate at two other law firms in New York. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Roth worked as a journalist for The Wall Street Journal Online and several other financial news publishers.
