Mike Brown focuses on commercial litigation and represents clients in a range of matters before state and federal courts. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2015.

While in law school, Mr. Brown served as an intern in the Special Prosecutions Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and as an intern with Bank of America. He worked as a student attorney for the Juvenile Justice Clinic at the University of Michigan and was a comments editor for the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review. From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Brown served as a law clerk for US Magistrate Judge the Hon. Judith Gail Dein in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Mr. Brown was a legal assistant in the litigation department at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP. 

In 2021, Mr. Brown was the recipient of WilmerHale’s John H. Pickering Award for his pro bono efforts on behalf of civil immigration detainees.
