Lynn Eisenberg

Lynn Eisenberg's practice focuses on government investigations, congressional oversight, internal investigations and complex litigation. Ms. Eisenberg has experience advising companies on legal and political responses to potential Congressional investigations. She has advised institutions of higher education on various topics, including on policy and regulatory dimensions concerning emerging applications of Title IX and the Clery Act. Ms. Eisenberg maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in actions brought under the Voting Rights Act.

Ms. Eisenberg rejoined the firm after serving as Associate Counsel at the White House. In this role, she supported White House and agency staff on political law, records management, public-private partnerships, government ethics, civic engagement, voting rights, prisoner reentry and executive clemency. 

Ms. Eisenberg previously served as Special Assistant to the General Counsel for Obama for America. While in law school, she worked at the NAACP, Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Legal Aid Society's Juvenile Rights Division.
