Joy Backer

Joy Backer is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation.

During law school, Ms. Backer was a summer associate at WilmerHale, as well as a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Dein of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She was also a finalist at the 2014 Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition, where she argued in front of Justice Alito of the US Supreme Court and four US Court of Appeals judges.
