Jacquelyn L. Stanley

Jackie Stanley represents companies and individuals in complex criminal and civil investigations and litigation. Ms. Stanley has assisted clients operating in the healthcare, transportation, financial services, and other sectors in internal investigations and inquiries involving the US Department of Justice, international regulators, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Congress, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Her experience includes matters involving alleged regulatory violations, fraud, anticompetitive conduct, and various compliance and oversight deficiencies.  

Ms. Stanley also has an active pro bono and human rights practice and has advocated on behalf of detainees in the US and overseas. 

Ms. Stanley joined the firm as a member of its Washington office in 2012. She relocated to the Firm's New York office in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stanley served as a law clerk for the US Senate Judiciary Committee in the office of Senator Charles E. Schumer.
