Gail Ennis

GailĀ Ennis conducted internal investigations of alleged improper accounting practices for global Fortune 500 companies, and defended these companies in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her experience included interviewing client employees as part of the internal investigations process; preparing witnesses for testimony before the SEC; conducting discovery in federal litigation and NASD arbitration; participating in hearings at the New York Stock Exchange; and conducting legal research and drafting memoranda of law regarding securities and corporate law matters. She also performed due diligence and drafted contracts and agreements for corporate and real estate transactions.
