Erica B. Crosland

Erica Crosland focuses her practice on securities and litigation enforcement matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Crosland was a law clerk to the Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Honorable Robert E. Payne of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

While in law school, Ms. Crosland served as an extern law clerk for the Honorable G. Steven Agee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Crosland was a summer associate in WilmerHale’s Washington DC office in 2009, where she focused on litigation matters. Her legal experience also includes working as an intern in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice and as a research assistant at Washington and Lee University School of Law.
