Eric D. Wolkoff

Eric Wolkoff’s practice focuses on securities litigation, including SEC, FINRA and other regulatory enforcement matters. He has represented numerous public and private companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries in a wide range of complex matters including breach of fiduciary duty claims, securities fraud class actions, derivative litigation, investment advisor claims, and post-merger and acquisition class action litigation. In addition, Mr. Wolkoff has represented individuals in a variety of white-collar matters.

Mr. Wolkoff is also dedicated to pro bono work and has represented nonprofit and individual clients at the appellate and state administrative levels. He currently is serving as co-chair of the Civil Rights Committee for the Anti-Defamation League of New England.

During law school, Mr. Wolkoff was a summer associate at the firm. He also interned for the Honorable Barbara Jones of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York.

  • Recipient of the Anti-Defamation League's Daniel R. Ginsberg Leadership Award at the ADL's 2015 National Commission Meeting in Washington DC for his leadership in the fight against anti-Semitism, racism and all forms of prejudice
  • Recipient of the Anti-Defamation League of New England's 2014 Krupp Leadership Award, which recognizes outstanding dedication and leadership on behalf of the ADL
