Emily Stark

Emily Stark's practice focuses on government and internal corporate investigations. She has substantial experience in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), anti-corruption compliance and risk assessments. Ms. Stark also has particular experience in civil rights investigations, having represented education clients in the context of Title VII investigations and the police department of a major US city in a pattern and practice investigation by the US Department of Justice. 

Ms. Stark also maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a focus on reproductive rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stark was a law clerk to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
