Emily C. Gainor

Emily Gainor focuses her practice on a variety of corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gainor was a summer associate at WilmerHale. She also clerked for the Honorable Francis X. Spina of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, as well as interned for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Prior to beginning law school, Ms. Gainor was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to travel to the Netherlands, where she earned as a Master's Degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Utrecht. As part of her graduate work, she interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, headquartered in Arusha, Tanzania. After returning to the United States, Ms. Gainor worked for several years at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School. While there, she worked on the Innovations in American Government Awards program, which recognizes the best of local, state and federal government programming.
