Elizabeth Kilroy Dervy

Elizabeth Kilroy Dervy is a staff attorney in the firm's WilmerHale Discovery Solutions department, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. She joined the firm in 2007.
Ms. Dervy focuses her practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, she works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Staff attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

Ms. Dervy has direct experience with document review related to regulatory investigations and civil litigation. In addition, she has extensive experience with complex privilege review.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Dervy served as Attorney and Guardian ad Litem in juvenile abuse and neglect cases. Later, she co-founded a small general law practice based in the District of Columbia with the goal of offering reduced fee and pro bono services to the local community.

Ms. Dervy is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
