Dennis Wang is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. He joined the firm in 2011.
Mr. Wang’s practice focuses on intellectual property and patent litigation. He has represented clients in patent infringement actions, involving biogeneric filgrastim, recombinant erythropoietin, network intrusion detection systems, wireless communications, Internet service software, and computer-based configuration, pricing and order management systems. Additionally, Mr. Wang has represented clients in trademark and licensing disputes involving compliance software technology.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Wang was an associate at Howrey LLP, where he focused on patent litigation. Before practicing at Howrey, Mr. Wang was an associate at Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder LLP. Before law school, Mr. Wang worked as a software engineer, focusing on web programming. While at the University of California Los Angeles, Mr. Wang was a software engineer intern at CitiCorp Developmental Center and a technical marketing engineer in the mobile platforms group at Intel Corporation.
