Cristina Jaramillo

Cristina Jaramillo focuses her practice on broker-dealer compliance and regulation.

While attending law school, she was a legal intern in the Division of Enforcement of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Ms. Jaramillo was an economist in the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and a research analyst at The Brattle Group.
