Anne Lee

Anne Lee is an experienced litigator who draws on her prior business and engineering experiences to represent technology companies on complex intellectual property matters, including patent litigation.

Ms. Lee represents clients in numerous federal district courts and at the International Trade Commission on engagements involving a variety of  technologies including telecommunications, security/encryption, graphics chips, medical devices, cellular standards, and computerized marketing processes. Ms. Lee is also a registered patent attorney.

Prior to pursuing a legal profession, Ms. Lee had a 13-year career working for Ford Motor Company and Hewlett-Packard Company in various engineering and product management roles. Ms. Lee received her BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and her MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Professional Activities

Ms. Lee serves on the board of directors of The Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Ms. Lee is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
