Allison Stoddart

Allison Stoddart’s practice focuses on corporate internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Stoddart has represented financial institutions, corporations and individuals in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FINRA, and other prosecutors and regulatory authorities.

Prior to joining the New York office, Ms. Stoddart was a law clerk for the Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro of the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Ms. Stoddart previously worked as a litigation associate and summer associate in the firm's Boston office.
