Alex Tucker Stewart
Counsel
Alex Tucker Stewart focuses her practice on government and regulatory litigation and appellate-level cases. She also represents clients in criminal and agency investigations and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stewart served as a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela A. Harris of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Paul S. Diamond of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While pursuing her law degree, she worked as a summer associate at the firm and served as a student attorney for the Stanford Community Law Clinic.
