Mugmon’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and government enforcement actions and investigations. He represents public companies, officers and directors, investment firms, accounting firms and broker-dealers in litigation in state and federal courts and in proceedings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Attorney's Office, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mugmon has experience in matters related to financial fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, accounting irregularities and insider trading. He is a founding member of WilmerHale’s Palo Alto Securities practice.
