Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting announced that WilmerHale is among the Top 25 National Corporate Law Firms on this year's 16th annual list. The firm has made both the directors' and general counsel lists of preferred corporate law firms in the country.

Conducted from December 2015 to April 2016, the survey is a component of the NYSE Governance Services' annual Law in the Boardroom study, which asks nearly 700 general counsel and directors of publicly traded companies to cast votes and answer questions about a wide range of top-tier governance and legal issues.

“Each year, public company directors and general counsel participate in our rankings because they feel strongly about which firms have the highest caliber of legal advice and consulting," said President of NYSE Governance Services Adam Sodowick. Produced quarterly, the publication is a leading source of information for senior officers and directors of publicly traded corporations, large private companies, and Global 1000 firms.
