The Boston Business Journal has selected Partner Joseph Mueller to its 2013 "40 Under 40," an annual list honoring business and civic leaders under the age of 40 who represent the talent and commitment in Boston.

Mueller is a partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses on intellectual property litigation and other complex disputes, in state and federal trial courts and appeal courts, and the International Trade Commission.

This year the Boston Business Journal reviewed more than 250 nominations basing their selections on professional accomplishments and community involvement.
