The American Lawyer Names Bill Lee and Joseph Mueller Litigators of the Week for Shutting Down $2B Case Against Intel

Partners Bill Lee and Joseph Mueller were named Litigators of the Week by The American Lawyer for achieving a significant trial victory for Intel Corporation in a $2 billion patent infringement suit brought by AVM Technologies. The six-day jury trial held in the US District Court of Delaware before Judge Richard Andrews resulted in a finding of no infringement on all eight asserted claims. This recognition marks the sixth Litigator of the Week title that Lee has earned and the first for Mueller.
