WilmerHale Partner Lisa Pirozzolo will be a moderator on the panel “Legal Developments, Cutting-Edge Cases and Practical Implications”, which includes WilmerHale Partner Thomas Saunders as a panelist. The panel will examine significant developments from the US Supreme Court, as well as notable lower court decisions, illustrating new developments and how recent trends in the law could impact the biotechnology industry. Topics will include, among others, venue jurisprudence post-TC Heartland and appeals from inter partes review, including standing to appeal and the intersection of patent and administrative law.
