On Thursday, October 27, Harvard Law School will host the Intellectual Property Law Conference, which will explore key legal and policy issues in the intellectual property world today.

The all-day program will begin with a panel discussion of how current debates over drug pricing and intellectual property reform are impacting the pharmaceutical industry, followed by a judges panel moderated by WilmerHale Partner William F. Lee. Lunch will feature a keynote address by Russell Slifer, deputy director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the afternoon will conclude with two panel discussions, one on trends in international IP litigation and one on the developing landscape of biosimilars and the BPCIA, moderated by WilmerHale Partner Amy Wigmore.
